About Me

My journey in mental health started in Mexico where I got a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Gestalt therapy. As a bilingual counselor I appreciate diversity and what each person brings to the counseling relationship including their cultural background and their religious beliefs. I firmly believe that the client has the ability and the power to find his/her own options to improve his/her own life.
