About Me
I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and EMDR Certified therapist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional healing.
My clinical focus centers on perinatal and women's mental health — including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, birth trauma, infertility, and reproductive loss. I understand that these experiences can be deeply vulnerable and often go unspoken, and I am committed to providing a safe, affirming space where clients feel truly seen and heard.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I integrate EMDR therapy with trauma-informed and person-centered care to help clients gently process difficult experiences, reconnect with their inner strengths, and move toward meaningful healing and growth. Being bilingual allows me to extend this care to clients across diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, honoring the whole person in the therapeutic relationship.
Whether you are navigating a difficult chapter or seeking deeper healing, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and purpose.
