About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, counselor educator, and public servant committed to strengthening mental health systems, education, and community wellbeing, especially in rural and underserved settings.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and care, for individuals, professionals, and the broader systems that shape our lives.

Clinically, I work with adults navigating perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, anxiety, trauma, and identity related stressors. My approach is grounded in person centered care and informed by EMDR, with a strong emphasis on ethical, affirming, and evidence based practice. I am passionate about helping people feel more resourced, regulated, and connected, both within themselves and their communities.
