About Me

Feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns—constant worry, guilt, low self-esteem, or never feeling good enough—can be exhausting. Trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and substance use don’t have to control your life. Therapy can help you break those cycles, regain control, and build a life that aligns with what truly matters. This is a space to work through feeling unseen, unheard, or never enough, as well as people-pleasing, difficulty expressing emotions, and struggling to understand your own needs. If you're a military service member, veteran, first responder, or healthcare worker, you’ll find support from someone who understands. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and substance use. Imagine feeling more in control, less weighed down by the past, and more connected to yourself and others. Using EMDR and ACT, therapy helps you heal, manage emotions, and break unhelpful patterns. As confidence grows, self-doubt fades, and life becomes more fulfilling. Change is possible. I take a compassionate approach to help you build a life that aligns with your values. With experience in trauma, anxiety, and substance use, I provide a space to heal, grow, and create lasting change. Together we'll explore what’s holding you back and find a path forward. Send me an e-mail to book a free 15-minute consultation—I’d love to connect!
