About Me
I help adults heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. My work focuses on the connection between emotional experiences and the body, including somatic symptoms and nervous system responses. Using EMDR and an integrative, trauma-informed approach, I support clients in processing difficult experiences, developing emotional regulation, and cultivating greater safety, self-awareness, and connection.
Education & Experience
Bachelor of Arts- University of California, Berkeley
Master of Social Work- San Diego State University
I have provided mental health care across outpatient, inpatient, crisis, and integrated medical settings since 2017. My clinical experience includes working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and emotional dysregulation among adults with diverse backgrounds and needs. I have supported clients in community mental health, tribal healthcare, VA behavioral health, and specialty treatment settings, using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
