About Me
I believe that deep healing involves more than just managing symptoms; it is about helping your brain and body process the past so you can feel truly present today. As a trauma-informed counselor and the owner of Enlightened Souls, LLC, I provide an inviting, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can safely navigate life’s heaviest challenges.
Using EMDR and specialized somatic and integrative approaches, we will work together to unburden you from the weight of old patterns, anxiety, and traumatic stress. My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your authentic self and build a life that feels genuinely grounded, resilient, and whole.
Education & Experience
I bring over a decade of clinical mental health experience to my practice. I am currently a doctoral candidate pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, which allows me to blend advanced clinical research with deeply personalized, evidence-based care. In addition to my full-time practice, I serve as a university adjunct instructor teaching theories of personality and applied clinical skills, ensuring my work stays at the forefront of effective therapeutic techniques.
My clinical focus centers on complex trauma, anxiety disorders, and somatic integration. I have extensive experience helping adults break through the 'stuckness' of past experiences by pairing EMDR with integrative, body-centered therapies that promote holistic nervous system regulation
