Online Therapy

About Me

As humans I believe we are always working towards healing and positive self-growth. I create a collaborative, compassionate and non-judgmental space with my clients to help them discover why they are struggling and work towards their continued growth. I specialize in working with women-identifying people and queer folks that are 18+ who have experienced a single event trauma and want to get to the root of what is causing them pain. I use several theories in my work, depending on how I can best assist with your unique struggles. I primarily utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), solution-focused and mindfulness-based therapies, while also acknowledging the oppressive systems that often contribute to the reasons clients are seeking therapy. It is important to feel safe, comfortable, and connected to your therapist, in order for therapy to be helpful. Please send me an email or give me a phone call to see if we seem like a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you! I'm providing teletherapy to individuals living in PA and VT through a secure HIPAA compliant platform.
