About Me

Hi! I'm Lexie! ​ I'm a licensed counselor in Florida, a mom to three great kids, a recovered Postpartum Depression and Postpartum OCD ​mom, and the founder of Her Hope Behavioral Health. For the last 16 years I've worked with women working hard to recover from addiction; trauma, anxiety, depression, stress due to reproductive health concerns (PCOS, endometriosis, menopause); women dealing with infertility and pregnancy loss; and moms working to recover from anxiety, depression, and OCD during pregnancy and after baby. Some of my favorite things are hearing my kids laugh, time outdoors, gardening, spending time with my family and friends, and listening to music.
