About Me

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a passion for connecting with people. I enjoy working with adults who feel "stuck" in their emotions or thought loops and want to find freedom from hurts, habits, or hang-ups. Through my studies and personal experience, I've seen the impact of witnessing great pain and great joy; you cannot have one without the other. In working through my own trauma and pursuing further training, I see the impact of feeling freed from trauma, and I strive to support others in finding that freedom and pursuing a fulfilling life.

Education & Experience

I studied Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco, receiving my Master of Arts in 2018. I have taken continuing education training in therapies related to treating grief, anxiety, depression and trauma. These therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory.
