Education & Experience

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota. My formal education and professional experience has prepared me to counsel individuals, groups, families, children, and parents. I am Gottman Level I trained to aid in couple’s communication and deepen their friendship and intimacy. I have Advanced EMDR training in Reproductive Trauma and Complex Trauma. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing a perinatal/postpartum mood disorder, birth/reproductive trauma, perinatal loss, perimenopause, post-traumatic stress disorders, developmental trauma, parenting issues, grief and loss, and general depression/anxiety. I have experience working with families experiencing grief, young adults, adults with attachment issues and trauma in their pasts, and individuals in corrections.
