As a first-generation college graduate and part of the 4% of Black therapists, I am here to make a difference in your life. Together, we’ll navigate challenges and work toward the change and healing you deserve. As a compassionate and skilled therapist, I specialize in guiding adults who are survivors of trauma and abuse toward healing and growth. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I help clients navigate the challenges of trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorder. While these topics may feel overwhelming or even intimidating to face, they are my passion, and I am dedicated to creating a safe space for meaningful transformation. In addition to trauma and personality work, I have extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with: • Anxiety and depression • Stress management & Work Stress • Relationship challenges • Mood stability • Spirituality • Self-esteem issues • LGBTQIA+ identities and issues My approach is warm, affirming, and tailored to meet your unique needs. I am here to walk alongside you in your journey to a more balanced and fulfilling life. As a therapist who has also been in therapy, I understand how you may be feeling right now.
