Together, we’ll navigate challenges and work toward the change and healing you deserve. As a compassionate and skilled therapist, I specialize in guiding adults who are survivors of trauma and abuse toward healing and growth. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I help clients navigate the challenges of trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorder. While these topics may feel overwhelming or even intimidating to face, they are my passion, and I am dedicated to creating a safe space for meaningful transformation.
