About Me
My psychotherapeutic approach has a foundation of mindfulness, compassion, curiosity and respect, often utilizing a variety of approaches to tailor to each client's unique needs. I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of wisdom that can be cultivated through psychotherapy, psychedelic medicines and other connecting practices that link the brain, body and spirit. I have both lived and professional experiences with non-ordinary states of consciousness and I am dedicated to my own healing work to effectively serve others on their healing path. I welcome people of every race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, and sexual orientation. This is a space to be as you are, in all your beautiful complexity.
