I am the founder and psychotherapist at Core Psyche Collective, a virtual psychotherapy practice specializing in trauma recovery, perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices that honor each client's unique experiences and strengths.
