About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. I work with adults who are ready for transformative change. I have developed expertise in helping those who grew up with emotionally immature parents—whether critical, unavailable, or unpredictable— who now struggle to experience healthy self-esteem, trust themselves, validate their needs and feelings, and set healthy boundaries. More broadly, I am drawn to working with anyone seeking to explore the root causes of pain and struggle in their present lives.
