About Me
I work with high-functioning adult women (18+) who look like they’re holding it all together—but internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by patterns that keep repeating. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware, yet find that “thinking their way through it” hasn’t created lasting change.
I am passionate about helping women move toward greater clarity, stability, and self-trust by understanding the deeper internal patterns driving their experiences. My areas of focus include complex trauma, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and disconnection from one’s sense of self.
I believe meaningful, lasting change happens when we go beyond symptom management and begin to understand the internal system as a whole. My work is collaborative, experiential, and rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome.
I use a trauma-focused, integrative approach that includes Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with elements of Polyvagal Theory (PVT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
