I am an active listener, and my goal is to listen to my clients and help them to deal with their issues. I realize the need to be heard, so I am here to listen so that we can both be on this journey together and find unique solutions.
I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors, providing support tailored to each stage of life. My expertise lies in helping individuals navigate complex medical challenges—including chronic pain, phobias, anxiety, depression, trauma (including betrayal, emotional, physical, sexual, neglect, and abandonment), addiction, compulsive behaviors, anger, grief, sleep issues, diabetes, and other health conditions—using EMDR and other therapeutic approaches. I understand that reaching out to a counselor can feel daunting, especially when it’s difficult to express yourself to someone new.
