About Me

Hello, I am doctoral level trained mental health professional who has been utilizing EMDR since 2017. I grew up in Steele, ND and understand the dynamics and mentality that is engrained in the culture of the individuals who live in the Midwest.
I am married and have a young dog (Katie) who keeps us busy. My energy is filled with summer days spent tending to the flower beds, garden, and lawn. The outdoors has always been a way for me to finding balance in my life and time at the lake or camping among the trees are peak enjoyments of mine.
I have made it may goal in life to help break the stigma and stereotypes that have been placed on mental health struggles and those who struggle with them. Please know, you are not alone and help is available. The hardest part is often the act of reaching out by making the phone call or sending the email, take that step for yourself.
