Hi! I'm Alli. I specialize in helping high-achieving professional women overcome anxiety attacks and panic spirals by healing the real roots of their pain through EMDR/IFS Intensives. This way you can do the healing now, rather than waiting weeks or months to feel better.
Education & Experience
As an Intensives Specialist, I am EMDR trained, and also integrate Internal Family Systems L2 training and advanced training in Somatic Experiencing to assist you in whatever way is the best fit for you and your system. I graduated in 2015 with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
