About Me

I'm Allie, an LISW-S providing therapy to folks in Ohio and New York. I work with folks who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious and generally exhausted from putting others’ needs before their own. People who have been hiding their own emotions, needs and wants in order to care for others. I often work with clients who feel a sense of responsibility for the people in their lives, maybe a partner, a family member, a friend and don’t know how to stop it. I love being able to help clients find their voice, set boundaries and be empowered to allow their emotions to be seen.
