About Me

EMDR therapist serving adults in New York, New Jersey, and Colorado via telehealth. I love supporting adult children of emotionally immature parents, adults, college students, and post-college grads navigating early adulthood. My clients come to therapy to heal from physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, reduce traumatic memories, and get to know their healthier adult self. We will work on boundary setting and building rewarding relationships.
