About Me

I'm an experienced EMDR trauma specialist & I love supporting adult children of emotionally immature parents, adults, college students, and post-college grads navigating early adulthood. My clients come to therapy to heal from physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, reduce traumatic memories, and get to know their healthier adult self. We will work on boundary setting and building rewarding relationships. My specialties include: EMDR, Clinical Hyponsis, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) I focus on: • EMDR for trauma and PTSD • Overcoming depression and anxiety • Recovering from abuse (physical, sexual, emotional) • Dealing with emotionally immature parents
