About Me

I have worked with clients facing various issues from depression and anxiety, to trauma and PTSD. My goal is to meet my clients wherever they are on their journey, and help them find growth, healing, and renewed hope for the future. I am a trauma informed therapist, trained in EMDR/CBT/Skills System/Solution-Focused therapy. I have knowledge and experience working with military and first responders issues, and work with both teens and adults.
