Allison Shaune, LLC
About Me
Counseling can provide the healing, encouragement, and strength to become the healthiest version of yourself. In my practice, I believe in working with you to reach your highest potential and promote health in all areas of wellness. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each client. With a strength-based and person-centered focus, I incorporate evidence-based techniques—including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to promote lasting healing in a way that aligns with your unique needs and goals.
I commonly work with pre-teen, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I believe you are capable of growth and healing, and my role is to guide and support you in that process. Taking this first step is courageous, and I am here for your next!
