About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, and I love working with a diversity of clients. Using a trauma lens, we can learn about what has happened during your life that has contributed to your mental health - how you think, feel, and behave internally, in your relationships, and in other spheres of your life. We will identify the stuck trauma your system holds and can use EMDR to reprocess this trauma; this process can heal the mental health symptoms or conditions that you're struggling with. We will also focus on your strengths, which you can draw upon inside and outside of therapy.

Education & Experience

-Master's in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado, Denver, 2009

-BA in English Literature from Princeton University, 1995

-I've been an LPC for 15 years.

-I have a private practice. In the past, I've worked on a research team, in public health, and in another organization providing therapy.
