About Me

I am a first generation Latina Social Worker. I was brought by my parents at the age of 11 to the state of Oregon. I am first to attend to college and currently still breaking generational traumas. I been Practicing since 2013 and since 2019 in Private Practice. I specialized in helping Adults dealing with PTSD, Anxiety and depression, Complex and Generational Traumas amongst Latinx community. I also specialized in using alternative modalities aside from EMDR my focus is to use Energy Medicine, Chinese energy medicine, and Traditional Practices. I am doing my own niche on how to incorporate such practices in combination to Western treatment modalities.

Education & Experience

Bachelors in Corrections working with kids and families. I then started to do early childhool and children and teens therapy for around 5 years of my beginning years as a therapist. Until I was trained into EMDR my practice change and started focusing more in doing trauma work with adults. I Am Certified in EMDR, trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques Level 2, I am persuing a Eden's Energy Medicine certification. I completed all my two years just waiting to finalized exam to be certified. I also am trained to do Reiki and Other quantum healing. I use that separate than practice but I do incorporate some of the energy techniques to help clients in the resourcing and emotional dysregulation and use somatic tools as well to help grounding.
