About Me

I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care. I support adults navigating complex trauma, ADHD, and autism, with a particular focus on neurodivergent individuals and creative professionals.

As a trained EMDR therapist, I integrate EMDR with somatic and art-informed approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, shift patterns that no longer serve them, and build greater nervous system regulation. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply respectful of each client’s lived experience.

I offer online therapy to clients throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. My goal is to provide a supportive, affirming space where clients can work through what feels stuck, reconnect with themselves, and strengthen their capacity for resilience and meaningful change.
