About Me
I approach my care with kindness, humor, calmness, and genuine curiosity. My primary focus is on your well-being, and my approach helps therapy feel natural and comfortable. My expertise is in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, LGBTQ+ Issues, Couples, Relationship, and Pre-Marital Counseling, Leadership Development, and Clinical & Administrative Supervision. During my personal time, I enjoy spending it with my family and animals, doing cardio kickboxing and strength-training, going for nature walks, reading, and listening to an eclectic array of music and podcasts.

I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Development with a focus in Psychology in 2010 from Wheelock College. During that time I also had minors in Visual Art and Philosophy. I have worked in a variety of settings including community-based outreach counseling, in home therapy, outpatient opioid use treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, and outpatient individual & group private practice settings.
