Hello and welcome.
I specialize in treating trauma and all of our human adaptions to surviving from it. This includes anxiety, depression, self harm and suicidal ideation, substance abuse, co-dependency and perfectionism.
Whether you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, recovering from a relationship rupture, or simply feeling stuck— therapy with me is a space designed for real change. My approach is down to earth, body centered and often filled with more laughter and connection than people expect.
