About Me

Hello, My name is Alyssa Meyer. I am a licensed clinical social worker, registered play therapist, and founder of Mighty Minds Therapy. I believe that we all have the power to adapt, heal, and grow from our experiences. I enjoy learning about neuroscience and how to incorporate what we know about the brain and body connection in my work with individuals and families. I offer a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your individual needs. I am passionate about developing safety in our therapeutic relationship and believe this is the foundation of the therapeutic process. I offer services for children, adolescents, and adults. Services incorporate a variety of evidenced based practices such as EMDR and play therapy. Services involving children and adolescents also support the grown-ups who love and care for them. I also offer support to professionals looking to enhance their clinical skills and abilities.
