About Me
I am passionate about helping others to heal from their trauma and live full lives. I specialize in helping clients suffering from anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, sexual abuse, sexual dysfunction and other traumatic incidents. I have received advanced EMDR training that has enabled me to provide clients with a high-quality experience. Additionally, I have advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Counseling, and I am currently pursuing certification in Sex therapy.
Education & Experience
I received my Undergraduate Degree in Psychology at Truman State University and my Masters of Education degree at The University of Missouri- St. Louis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been in the mental health field since 2008 in a variety of different settings including substance abuse inpatient centers, psychiatric hospitals and community health centers providing individual and group counseling. I have been established in my own private practice since 2017. I have been providing EMDR since 2022. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Gottman Method Couples Counseling and I am currently completing a certification in Sex Therapy.
