About Me
Being a counselor is a passion of mine and I sincerely look forward to working and spending time with anyone who would like to free up some space in their minds to get more in touch with their own passions and interests.
Education & Experience
I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years with a focus on trauma, substance use, and family services and uses a collaborative, client-centered approach along with EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to assist clients in living a life more aligned with their personal values and goals. I received her BA in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and MS in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I am a licensed counselor in Pennsylvania, Florida and Connecticut with specialty trainings in EMDR, DBT and trauma-focused treatments.
