About Me

I work with adolescence and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, difficult life experiences, depression, self-esteem, and feeling stuck in ways that can be hard to change through insight alone. I integrate EMDR therapy to help clients process experiences that may still feel emotionally “stuck” or continue to influence how they think, feel, and respond in the present.

I approach EMDR at a pace that feels manageable, with an emphasis on preparation, safety, and helping you feel grounded throughout the process. Therapy isn’t about forcing yourself to move on or erasing what happened, it’s about helping your mind and body process what you’ve been carrying so the past doesn’t have to feel as present.

Alongside EMDR, I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. Together, we’ll tailor therapy to you, combining deeper processing with practical strategies you can use in everyday life.
