About Me
Amber is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health. Throughout her career, she has worked across inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings, supporting adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, substance use, and life transitions.
As the founder of Amber Therapy Solutions, Amber believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on honesty, integrity, compassion, and acceptance. Her collaborative approach empowers individuals to better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and recognize their own capacity for growth.
Education & Experience
Amber earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Florida (GO GATORS!) and a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counselor at Nova Southeastern University.
