About Me

I work with adults who experience depression, anxiety, grief, loss, abuse, trauma, self-worth/self-esteem issues, and relationship conflicts. I help couples work through their unmet expectations and lack of communication. I have also spent significant time working specifically with adolescents and their families to help them overcome traumatic experiences, emotional distress, behavioral concerns, and relational difficulties.
