The hardest journey is the journey inwards. It takes a lot of courage and strength to start that journey. Amber has a passion for supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. She is driven to support her clients in meeting their goals. She strives to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable space where her clients can share openly and make progress. Amber has experience working with anxiety, anger, communication, traumatic experiences, depression, domestic violence, sexual abuse, self-esteem and is LGBT allied. Her specialty training is in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

Amber graduated from Saint Cloud State University with her Master's Degree in Community Psychology.
