About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a mission to Encourage and Empowering Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) women so they can Evolve into the best version of themselves✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊✊🏼. I provide services to BIPOC women who are struggling with depression, anxiety and traumatic experiences. I also provide services to BIPOC women who are experiencing difficulty managing relationships and life transitions. I have over 15 years of experience Encouraging and Empowering BIPOC women to Evolve from their experiences by utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have an eclectic approach in which I use these or other therapeutic approaches to best serve your needs. I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.
