About Me
I specialize in EMDR therapy for adults navigating trauma, complex trauma, and attachment wounds. Many of my clients understand intellectually that the past is over, yet still find themselves feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that are difficult to change.
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, integrating EMDR with somatic and acceptance-based approaches. Together, we work to process painful experiences, understand how earlier relationships may still be shaping present-day reactions, and develop a greater sense of safety, connection, and trust in yourself.
I work with relational and developmental trauma, anxiety, grief, betrayal and relationship wounds, and attachment-related concerns. I provide EMDR therapy through secure telehealth throughout Texas.
Education & Experience
Master’s degree in Counseling and licensed as a Professional Counselor in Texas. Advanced clinical training includes EMDR, EMDR for complex trauma, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), attachment-focused approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman, Discernment Counseling, and somatic and experiential interventions.
My clinical work focuses on clients who are experiencing dysregulation, complex and developmental trauma, attachment and relationship wounds, anxiety, grief, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I integrate evidence-based trauma treatment with an attachment-focused approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s history, needs, and readiness for trauma processing.
