About Me

Sometimes we need some extra help. We may have an increase of unease and unhappiness. With all that is going on in the world today, it’s easy to have feelings of displeasure. Anxiety is running high for many-that sense of tension that just won’t go away. As a clinical social worker, I am interested in helping you find your pathway forward and leveling up to the best version of yourself. Using a strengths based approach with humor, and empathy, I hope to support you with finding your best self and uncovering your existing resilience. I have training in EMDR and am interested in supporting you to resolve your past traumas, healing from within. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.

Education & Experience

I am a practicing social worker with nearly a decade of experience. My career began working as a Child Welfare Scholar, supporting families with children in the care of the state of Florida. Later, while working with children in the adoption process, I enjoyed watching families come together. I have enjoyed learning the art of crisis intervention through work in community mental health and emergency services. Currently, as a clinician working with medical professionals in primary care, I have learned the value of treating the whole patient. I love working with individuals in their journey to centered mental health.
