About Me
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Approved Supervisor, I offer expertise in EMDR therapy. My practice is focused on helping clients access deep healing, especially those experiencing Complex PTSD and dissociative disorders. I guide individuals through the exploration of their attachment histories and trauma, with the goal of healing and taking the desired next steps in life.
In addition to my proficiency in EMDR, I am trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. These methodologies are instrumental in helping couples achieve renewed connection and deeper understanding. I have experience working with couples within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Education & Experience
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in Counseling, and a master’s degree in creative writing. I am constantly investing in learning the latest methods in the field of counseling by attending advanced trainings, independent study, consultation groups as well as my own personal development and healing.
Originally from the Midwest, I spent my twenties working and traveling internationally, including a five-year stint in Europe, before establishing myself in Pflugerville, Texas. In my free time, I enjoy jogging, walking, stretching, and writing fiction, poetry, and personal journals.
