About Me
I’m Amy, a Registered Social Worker offering virtual counselling in the province of Ontario. I support people experiencing difficulty due to traumatic events (whether that be a singular event or more chronic in nature), those who experience anxiety or depression, and those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected as they navigate major life transitions. I work well with those who have ADHD and are looking to relate differently to themselves rather than carry the negative beliefs we typically accumulate as neurodivergent people. Together, we explore what feels heavy or confusing, and work through the patterns that keep you from feeling like yourself.
