About Me

I take an active and collaborative approach to therapy, partnering with my clients to help you reach your goals. Therapy works best when you feel safe and supported but also challenged to step outside your comfort zone and address any negative patterns from the past that may no longer serve you. I bring intuition, warmth, and humor to my work and encourage you to be open and curious as we explore areas for growth and change in your life. I treat a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, fertility, parenting, and grief/loss. I have a subspecialty in women’s reproductive health issues with a focus on fertility, pregnancy loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, and I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support my clients as they heal from the symptoms and emotional distress caused by disturbing life events.
