I work with adults to better understand their emotions, thoughts and behaviors so that they can make positive steps to create the life they want and write their own story. In this work I support peoples nervous system to heal, reprocess and integrate into there full self. to I have over 20 years of experience counseling individuals, family and couples through everyday challenges as well as life changing events including grief, loss and trauma.
