Hi

I am a transgender woman (male to female) with recent training in EMDR. I have a few years of experience working with a non-profit, seeing a variation of clientele and concerns including suicidal ideation, grief, depression, anxiety, and concerns with gender and sexuality.

I practice from an emotion focused perspective as a practitioner , believing safety and trust as paramount between a client and practitioner before proceeding with trauma informed counseling via EMDR. My background and education has largely related to working with youth and adolescents (aged 12-24), with my practicum focusing entirely on this population.
