About Me

I am a licensed mental health and substance use therapist specializing in trauma-focused care using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I help individuals work through past experiences that feel stuck and begin to move forward with greater clarity and stability. My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in creating a safe space where clients feel understood and supported. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction, helping them build insight, develop healthier coping skills, and reconnect with who they want to be.
