Andrea Garcia, MA, LPC, NCC
(She/Her)
About Me
I work with adults and teens who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t break, or disconnected from who they are. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying the weight of past experiences that continue to show up in their relationships, identity, and day-to-day functioning.
My approach is grounded, direct, and deeply relational. I integrate EMDR with parts work, attachment-focused interventions, and nervous system regulation to help clients process unresolved experiences while building a stronger sense of internal safety and clarity.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, burnout, relationship stress, and identity challenges. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping clients reconnect with themselves in a way that feels steady, empowered, and sustainable.
