I am a licensed clinical social worker and an EMDRIA certified therapist. I enjoy working with individual adults and couples and have experience with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I specialize in complex PTSD and comorbidity disorders. I am independently licensed in Arizona and provide in-person and virtual counseling.
Education & Experience
I have my Masters of Social Work and have completed continuing education on multiple EMDR trainings. I am also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. I provide CBT, DBT skills, and MI.
