About Me
I am a national board certified mental health counselor and an adjunct instructor in the Master’s Program for Counseling for Mental Health & Wellness at New York University. I find great joy in walking alongside my clients through a meaningful journey of healing and behavioral transformation. My years of working with individuals, couples, and groups have shaped my approach to client centered counseling and compassionate care. My clinical experience entails working with clients on addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship issues, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress, and disordered eating. Upon request, I offer Christian faith-based counseling through a gospel-centered framework that can be integrated with EMDR.
