About Me
***Due to a high volume of interest in therapy, I am unable to take on new clients at this time. If you would like to be placed on a waitlist, please send a request to contact@lihcs.com. My sincerest apologies for this inconvenience.*** I am a licensed professional counselor and an adjunct instructor in the Master’s Program for Counseling for Mental Health & Wellness at New York University. I find great joy in walking alongside my clients through a meaningful journey of healing and behavioral transformation. My many years of working with individuals, couples, and groups have shaped my approach to client centered counseling and compassionate care. My clinical experience entails working with clients on addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship issues, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress, and disordered eating. I offer Christian faith-based counseling through a gospel-centered framework that can be integrated with EMDR upon request.
