Welcome—I'm glad you're here.

My own healing journey began over 19 years ago. Experiencing the transformation that comes from doing the work inspired me to help others find the same sense of freedom, clarity, and growth.

I'm a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with a deep interest in the mind-body connection, neuroscience, and the power of human relationships. I’m certified in EMDR, a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and hold both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and tailored to the unique needs of each client—whether teen, adult, or family.

I draw from a range of evidence-based methods including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, IFS/parts work, attachment-based therapy, and narrative therapy. Our work together often includes psychoeducation to help you understand and make sense of your experiences, as well as tools to strengthen your mind-body connection, manage stress, and improve your relationships—with yourself and others.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and perspective, while we follow your goals at a pace that feels right. I'm especially passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also offer affirming support to the LGBTQIA+ community and to families seeking to better understand and support their LGBTQIA+ loved ones.
