I am so happy you are here! It is my privilege to hold a healing space solely for you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have practiced for 9 years, helping adults, teens and children heal and grow! In all I have over 16 years in the mental health field & hold additional certification in Drug and Alcohol counseling (CRADC). I am trained in several therapy modalities including: CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, Somatic integration and Ego State.
