About Me

I am a therapist located in Northern Virginia and see people in-person in my office. I also provide telehealth in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland. Having worked in the field of behavioral health for over 16 years I have specialized expertise in treating complex issues, such as trauma, abuse, substance use and perinatal mood disorders. I enjoy helping people find the tools they need for mental and physical wellness. I am comfortable working with older adolescents and adults as well as the entire family system.
