About Me
I am a therapist based in Loudoun County in Northern Virginia. I provide in-person at my office for a comfortable and relaxing setting while processing trauma. I also provide telehealth in Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Maryland and New Jersey. Having worked in the field of behavioral health for almost 18 years I bring extensive clinical experience to the therapeutic journey. I have developed specialized expertise in treating complex issues, such as trauma, abuse, substance use and perinatal mood disorders. I enjoy helping people find the tools they need for mental and physical wellness. I am comfortable working with older adolescents and adults as well as the entire family system as we walk together on the path toward wellness.
