I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University in St. Louis, MO, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR. I am a licensed professional counselor supervisor in Arkansas, Idaho, and Louisiana and a registered yoga teacher. In addition, I am an ASSECT Certified Sex Therapist, Gottman trained, and trained in Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Brainspotting. As a licensed therapist with over twenty years of experience working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, life transitions, women issues, and perinatal and postnatal periods. I can assist you when you feel vulnerable, stressed, overwhelmed, and isolated. You’re not alone. I can help you through these trying times. I also love helping families, couples, and individuals struggling with transitions they may be facing. In addition, I have worked in various settings, including my private practice, where I have developed my eclectic philosophy in working with clients. I empower clients, so they achieve their goals on their counseling journey. I strongly believe that having a balance in mind, body, and soul is the key to healthy living. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I can assist my clients in integrating self-regulating coping skills, mindfulness practices, and grounding techniques to reduce stress and anxiety symptoms. I aim to help you find happiness, reach your potential, and create a bright future. I look forward to working with you to create the life and relationships you desire.
