About Me

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Juneau, Alaska. I offer both in person and telehealth therapy appointment types and have experience with individuals, couples and families. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults who are coping with trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, grief and loss, abuse and more. I work alongside clients to help them identify their ideal outcomes as they navigate through obstacles and learn new skills to achieve a more balanced, fulfilling, life.
